1. Place the impression into the longer rear pouch of the bio bag and place the     prescription in the shorter front pouch.  Peel back plastic blue strip to close.

2. Multiple Cases can be sent in one case box.  Separate the impressions into bio     bags for correct recognition.

3. Place the case or cases into the box.  Securely seal the box with packaging tape     and attach a waybill or mailing label on the top.    back to top
