For our lab to provide you with consistent premium products, we require ten in-lab days to process work.  Please note that this does not include days in transit to and from the lab.  Our turn around time is approximately two weeks.     back to top

DHL - We supply pre-printed shipping bills with our account number for your use.

U.S. Mail - We provide pre-paid mailing labels for your convenience.  Please allow 1-4 days depending on your location for arrival to the laboratory.

In addition, depending on your geographical location, there is a shipping charge of $7.95 per case. Local shipping in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area has a shipping charge of $2.95.  Also, an additional shipping charge will apply for requested framework try-ins and return ditches when returned for finish.     back to top

All accounts are payable within 15 days of the statement date.  Any amounts not paid within the terms are subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5% of the unpaid balance. In addition, the account will be placed on COD status.

For a period of two years from the date of invoice, we guarantee your complete satisfaction with the workmanship and materials of the appliance you purchased.

Incidents where there is a failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper dental hygiene, abuse or accidents make this guarantee null and void.

If, for any reason the appliance is not acceptable at the time of receipt or at the time of insertion, we shall adjust, repair or replace the appliance at no charge. Simply return the prosthesis together with an explanation of the problem and your request for either adjustment, repair, replacement or refund.    back to top
